The completed suit, remains the property of Fairway Clothing until full payment has been received.
If full payment has not been received within 30 days of notification that the suit is ready for collection, Fairway Clothing are entitled to offer the suit for sale through the retail outlet shop.
Selections of cloth and linings are limted to those available at the time of selection. Cloths or Linings desired but not available at the time of selection may be ordered subject to advise of availabilty at that time.
The cost of the suit is variable and is based on the quantity and quality of the materials and design features chosen. The final price will be determined once a specification including the required measurements has been agreed.
